A most superb and elegant mare, Desire is very beautifuly bred,
being by the imported straight egyptian stallion, Orlando*(dec), a son of the famous stallion Orashaan (dec). Desire's dam is the lovely Simeon Sadik daughter, Harts On Fire (dec) and out of the celebrated broodmare Dynasty Jamin (dec). Desire had proven herself to be a wonderful broodmare, producing two lovely black foals by Sobek, with the colt, Sokar being exported and a daughter Rouhani Raquisa. Desire also had beautiful black colt by RNZ Scorza in 2015, named Salam Scorzire, now owned by Kath Taylor in SA. Scorzire won SA State Champion Purebred Gelding in 2021. |
